The message below was sent to all SIPA members on 4 May 2021:
Dear SIPA Member,
I am inviting you to attend the 2021 SIPA General Assembly which will be held on Tuesday 25 May at 15.30 Brussels time/14.30 UK time. Just like last year, the meeting will be held as a Zoom webinar.
The agenda, the 2020 accounts and the proposed 2021 budget are attached. Please note that the Board is proposing a ‘one-time corona waiver’ of the 2021 membership fee. The approved minutes of the 2020 General Assembly are available for you to download and read on the SIPA website.
You will receive your joining instructions in a separate email. The details in that email will be unique to you, so please do not share or forward the email.
If you are unable to attend and wish to vote by proxy please contact me at i.bartolo@seafoodalliance.org.
Joining online
You will be able join the meeting from your smartphone, tablet or laptop by clicking on the link given in your joining instructions. You will also be able to vote online. A window will open at appropriate points during the meeting to allow you to cast your vote.
Joining by phone
The joining instructions include a telephone number and webinar ID number, which will enable you to join using only your telephone. You will not be able to vote by telephone. Please contact me in advance at i.bartolo@seafoodalliance.org if you wish to vote by proxy.
Please note:
Your microphone/phone will be muted on joining and will remain muted during the General Assembly.
