The Seafood Importers and Processors Alliance (SIPA) invites you to a dedicated side‑event during the Global Shrimp Forum on Tuesday, 1st September, from 15:00 to 16:00, at the Van der Valk conference venue, where we will present SIPA’s work, outline our future direction, and invite your insight on the research priorities that matter most to shrimp importers.
SIPA’s founding purpose is to undertake serious, independent scientific research that protects the importing and processing sector and strengthens regulatory clarity.
Our event will begin with a short introduction to SIPA’s mission and work, followed by a panel discussion with industry experts to explore the research needs of shrimp importers today.
The event is open to SIPA members, non-members, and anyone with an interest in moving seafood across borders and onto consumers’ plates. Please come along, and bring your business colleagues with you.
