Dear SIPA member,
After our General Assembly on 27 April, the meeting room will remain available for the use of SIPA members for the remainder of the day (until 16.00). You’re welcome to use it for your private meetings. The room is Meeting Room 3.13 in Conference Centre 3.
I have not set up a booking system, because I hope that the room can be used on an ad hoc basis. If more than one member wishes to use the room at the same time, I am sure we will be able to share the space and respect each other’s privacy. However, if you would like to book the whole room for a larger meeting, please let me know on i_bartolo@seafoodalliance.org.
