I know 2025 has been a year of chaos due to all of the trade disruptions. That’s why coming together as an industry to participate in collaborative discussions is even more important. If you’re planning to register and just haven’t gotten to it yet, now is the time.
Why is this year so important? I’ve spoken directly to many participants of the Summit and heard your feedback. I’ve largely heard what a great event it is, including accessing fantastic data that helps you make business decisions and consider longterm trends, networking opportunities with other industry experts and participating in some pretty amazing events with your industry colleagues. These alone would be great reasons to attend the 2025 Responsible Seafood Summit, but are they enough given the current business environment? That’s why we’ve incorporated even more content into the program that I believe will help you manage your business in 2025 and beyond.
One item I would particularly like to point out is the fact that we’re bringing in market driven data from around the globe. This is something that many participants have personally asked me to be sure is included in the program. As the seafood industry looks to better mitigate risk and diversify markets, data of seafood trade flow and demand trends will be critical to strategic planning your company’s success. We are including this type of data in this year’s Summit. This is something I heard directly from participants like you for inclusion in future Summits. I personally pushed very hard to get it included and I’m really proud to say this year we are incorporating global market data with three presentations and a panel during the plenary session and a focused breakout session on global markets!
