The EUR-1 certificates to follow Vietnamese consignments to the EU should legally be green colored, but due to technical printing problems they are rather blue, and thus not acceptable in the EU – however the EU TAXUD has granted a grace period in which the blue colored are accepted. The problem should be solved by now, says Ministry of Industry and Trade in Vietnam
