Evelyne Nusalim, Executive Director of the Indonesian Food Safety Institute, has written an article in Infofish International entitled Achieving Sustainability in Food Safety: an Ethical Code as Corporate Social Responsibility? In it she discusses the EU regulations on water addition, and she also calls upon food businesses to establish a professional Ethical Code. Her article is attached below.
