At our SIPA General Assembly earlier today, fewer than half of full members were present or duly represented at the meeting.

In this situation, our Articles of Association require that a new General Assembly is convened. In that meeting, the General Assembly may validly decide on the items of the agenda regardless of the number of full members present or duly represented.

The date and time of the new General Assembly will be announced in the coming days.
